First time actually eating in my high chair and it is going pretty good! I love my mashed up green beans that daddy grew in his garden!

I swear our daughter has the longest tongue in the world.

Melanie is now 7 months old. She learned how to do so many things this month. She learned how to crawl. She can sit up very well and with no support. She can get from her sitting position to crawling position and crawling position to sitting position. She weighs probably around 15 lb. now. She learned how to eat real food and loves pretty much everything we give her!

Today I got to meet my buddy Eli. I met him when he was 3 months old. Now he is 9 months old! We had a fun time playing together!

Here is better documentation of my crawling and scooting forward abilities. I no longer crawl backwards. Pepper is watching, cheering me on.

While Momma was at work, I made some good strides in my physical prowess!
Though not video recorded...I went from belly (crawling backwards) to sitting, all by myself unassisted for the first time!

...And also, Dad's convinced this is my first real day of crawling successfully forward!

I am starting to be able to go up from a lay down position to a sit up position.

I just lean too much on my left hand still!
