I would have to say today is the first day I really prefer walking to crawling. I am walking all over the place now!

Here I am back from our trip, I have not posted anything yet from the trip yet either, eating lunch today like some babies/toddlers I know. If you look close you can still see remnants of my nose bleed under my right nostril...I had an itch so I scratched it...but it was in my nose so I picked it! Cool huh?

I really liked my lunch!

Daddy has been so busy with the fireplace, I wanted to share what it looks like now!

I have been busy too! I started getting really interested in walking this weekend. I still prefer crawling, but I can get quite far with walking now (although I'm still pretty unsteady!). Hopefully Abbi can show me a few walking tricks when I go see her in a couple of days!

I am also finally starting to say "words" for meaning and to get what I want.. such as saying "ba bye" and "ba ba" when I want my sippy cup.

This is a post-dated video mommy just had to post because of the pajamas dad put me in. The poor dear.

As you can see from a previous video I am much more fast (and more trustworthy!) going down these stairs now!

My cognitive skills have been developing as quickly as my physical abilities the last two weeks! I really enjoy the B-day present from my aunt Lindsay! It is just so darn fun!

Also this week I got to visit my Dad's aunt and uncle from North Prairie and had pasties and marshmallow squares...yummy! My dad did not take any pictures but I had a really good time!

Though a little slower than earlier...this is what I am capable of doing all by myself! I really made progress this 12th month!

I still prefer to crawl, but I go pretty fast when I do that and a LOT more garbling. For example I say Dada of course, but now mama, some papa, and nana...barbecue, why, ba-bye, woof(imitation dog bark). I also learned how to open the cabinet doors today!
